Mr. Jeffrey S. Mathiesen, also known as Jeff, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer at Gemphire Therapeutics Inc., since September 2015 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Mathiesen was a Consultant of Gemphire Therapeutics Inc. from August 2015 to September 2015. From September 1996 to 2003, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and then Vice President of Business Development at Micro Component Technology Inc., St. Paul, Minn., supplier of automation equipment and software for the semiconductor industry. He served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Recovery Engineering Inc. from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Mathiesen began his business career with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has been an Additional Director at Cimarron Medical, Inc. since September 24, 2015. He has been Director of NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (Alternate name: NeuroOne, Inc.) since July 31, 2017. He has been Director of Sun BioPharma, Inc since September 30, 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of South Dakota, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
