Mr. Jeffrey S. Mathiesen, also known as Jeff, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer at Gemphire Therapeutics Inc., since September 2015 and serves as its Secretary. He served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Recovery Engineering Inc. from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Mathiesen began his business career with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has been an Additional Director at Cimarron Medical, Inc. since September 24, 2015. He has been Director of NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (Alternate name: NeuroOne, Inc.) since July 31, 2017. He has been Director of Sun BioPharma, Inc since September 30, 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of South Dakota, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
