Mr. Brian Brodsky has been a Vice President of Exploration at Tahoe Resources Inc. since June 01, 2010. Mr. Brodsky is an Economic Geologist with over 30 years of precious metals exploration experience. Since 2010, Mr. Brodsky served as Director of Exploration for the U.S. and Latin America for Goldcorp. He served as an Exploration Manager of Guatemala for GoldCorp from January 2007 to February 2010. He also worked for Goldcorp's predecessor, Glamis from January 2003 to February 2007 as Exploration Manager, overseeing regional studies and detailed property assessments throughout Guatemala. He explored gold-silver, base metals and uranium deposits in various geologic environments throughout the United States, Peru and West Africa for Rio Algom Ltd., Cordex, Cruson & Pansze. Mr. Brodsky holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Nevada.

Ms. Elizabeth Dianne McGregor, CPA, CA, has been Vice President of Tahoe Resources Inc. since October 07, 2013 and has been its Chief Financial Officer since August 16, 2016. Ms. McGregor Directs Financial Planning, Corporate Liquidity, Financial reporting and Risk Management. Ms. McGregor served as Treasurer of Tahoe Resources Inc. since October 07, 2013 until August 16, 2016. She worked at Goldcorp Inc. where she held various financial roles including Director of Project Finance and Cost Control; Administration Manager at the Penasquito mine; and Director of Risk. She began her career at KPMG as Audit Manager. Ms. McGregor is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant. Ms. McGregor holds a B.A. (Hons) from Queen??? s University at Kingston.

Ms. Edie Hofmeister has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Tahoe Resources Inc. since September 14, 2017. Ms. Hofmeister served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Tahoe Resources Inc. since March 12, 2014. Ms. Hofmeister has been General Counsel and Company Secretary of Tahoe Resources Inc. since March 02, 2011 and February 01, 2010, respectively and served as its Vice President since March 02, 2011 until March 12, 2014. Ms. Hofmeister served as Corporate Counsel and then General Counsel to a $2-billion bankruptcy Trust from 2004 to 2006 in Reno, Nevada. From 1994 to 2001, Ms. Hofmeister worked as an Attorney of Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison LLP, where she acted as Senior Litigation Counsel to Exxon/Mobil, Shell and Imperial Oil Canada in complex environmental coverage cases. Since 2007, she worked with indigenous groups in developing nations to promote reforestation and sustainable community life. Ms. Hofmeister holds a B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles, an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Mr. Thomas F. Fudge, Jr., also known as Tom, Bsmg, P. Eng. has been Vice President of Operations at Tahoe Resources Inc. since August 16, 2016. Mr. Fudge served as Vice President of Guatemala Operations at Tahoe Resources Inc. since February 2015 until August 16, 2016. Mr. Fudge served as Executive President and Vice President of Operations at Minera Hecla, S.A. de C.V. He previously served as the General Manager of the Escoobal mine. He served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Corporate Development at Alexco Resource Corporation from January 2011 to August 2012. He served as Vice President of Development & Engineering of Alexco Resource Corporation from December 14, 2009 to January 2011 and also served as its Independent Consultant from October 2008 to November 2009. Mr. Fudge served as Chief Executive Officer of UEC Concentric Merge Corp. until December 2007 and also served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Fudge served in various roles at Venezuelan Companies, a subsidiary of Hecla Mining Co. including President from June 26, 2003 to April 1, 2005 and Vice President of Operations from June 2001 to April 1, 2005. He also served as Manager of Operations at Hecla Mining Company from July 2000 to May 2001 and Lucky Friday Unit Manager from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Fudge served as Chief Executive Officer and President SNS Silver Corp. (now known as Gold Finder Explorations Ltd.) from February 15, 2008 to September 15, 2008 and also served as its Vice President of Operations since January 2008. He is a licensed professional mining engineer with almost 30 years of experience in mining engineering, operations and project development. Mr. Fudge has extensive experience in the Coeur d'Alene Mining district including more than three years at the Sunshine Mine, located immediately to the east of the Crescent Mine. He served as Director of SNS Silver Corp. from December 20, 2006 to October 15, 2008. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Dost Bardouille serves as the Vice President of Sustainability of Tahoe Resources Inc.. Dost started at Tahoe Resources Inc. in January of 2017. Dost currently resides in the Reno, Nevada Area.
