Mr. Thomas F. Fudge, Jr., also known as Tom, Bsmg, P. Eng. has been Vice President of Operations at Tahoe Resources Inc. since August 16, 2016. Mr. Fudge served as Vice President of Guatemala Operations at Tahoe Resources Inc. since February 2015 until August 16, 2016. Mr. Fudge served as Executive President and Vice President of Operations at Minera Hecla, S.A. de C.V. He previously served as the General Manager of the Escoobal mine. He served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Corporate Development at Alexco Resource Corporation from January 2011 to August 2012. He served as Vice President of Development & Engineering of Alexco Resource Corporation from December 14, 2009 to January 2011 and also served as its Independent Consultant from October 2008 to November 2009. Mr. Fudge served as Chief Executive Officer of UEC Concentric Merge Corp. until December 2007 and also served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Fudge served in various roles at Venezuelan Companies, a subsidiary of Hecla Mining Co. including President from June 26, 2003 to April 1, 2005 and Vice President of Operations from June 2001 to April 1, 2005. He also served as Manager of Operations at Hecla Mining Company from July 2000 to May 2001 and Lucky Friday Unit Manager from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Fudge served as Chief Executive Officer and President SNS Silver Corp. (now known as Gold Finder Explorations Ltd.) from February 15, 2008 to September 15, 2008 and also served as its Vice President of Operations since January 2008. He is a licensed professional mining engineer with almost 30 years of experience in mining engineering, operations and project development. Mr. Fudge has extensive experience in the Coeur d'Alene Mining district including more than three years at the Sunshine Mine, located immediately to the east of the Crescent Mine. He served as Director of SNS Silver Corp. from December 20, 2006 to October 15, 2008. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
