Really enjoy working on my team but don't enjoy the corporate administrators preening around like peacocks expecting everyone to say how pretty they are. Again, leadership is lacking at all levels at Tanium. Plenty of administrators with titles but nobody with a set of balls inside the company.

Hire within and hire leaders. Allow leaders to make decisions based upon their experience not their title.

Everyone is clear of their position and are experts in their field. They really put team first.

Everyone outside of programmers and developers or sales are underpaid and undervalued. Especially those who work behind the scenes to make the company look good. For hourly employees they could give more stock and higher hourly wage. The corporate greed is just as evident at Tanium.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
They fully understand their product and the environment in which they operate, however they do not understand how to run other areas of the company. There is no real leadership there, there are administrators but not leaders. Oh, they try to say they have leaders but it's simple not true.
