Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone outside of programmers and developers or sales are underpaid and undervalued. Especially those who work behind the scenes to make the company look good. For hourly employees they could give more stock and higher hourly wage. The corporate greed is just as evident at Tanium.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open honest communication and trust
you can count on them
there is no place for politics

People are very smart and kind to work with.

we work as one team
It's currently highly focused on work/life balance
a good mix of care and accountability
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire within and hire leaders. Allow leaders to make decisions based upon their experience not their title.
What did you like most about the interview process?
honesty and diligence, follow through process
having an interview with the founder
Very responsive recruiting team. The interview teams were very open as if I was joining a family. The Founder and chairman interviews EVERY employee, including me.
