Empower the people that are hired to make decisions and do their jobs. Don't create bottlenecks by making all decisions go up the chain of command.

Generally good. A bunch of good people working hard to do the right thing. They put a lot of effort in to hiring the right folks and that makes a difference. On the downside, there's a lot of isolationism based on departments; very siloed.
