My particular role and team have provided a really great experience for me over the past two years. I've learned so much and grown as both a businesswoman and person. That being said, I don't know if I'd be as content if I had a different boss, team, or role. The others don't seem to measure up.

My individual team is very flexible when it comes to working from home, taking time off to be with family, etc. I'm fortunate to be on one of the only teams that truly promotes a healthy work/lift balance.

Peers in similar roles at other companies are making at least 20k/year more than I am, and most of them manage only 10% of the product assortment I oversee. When I received my most recent promotion, it was at the same time as merit raises. My combined raise was 11%, meaning my merit was only 1%.
