I like that the Executive Team is always willing to help other employees, whether that be an entry-level employee, or a Senior Manager, nobody feels they are too good to help out.

On how well they run the company. We are still growing despite the economic downturn. They were very smart in stockpiling supplies before the supply shortage. They keep reinvesting into innovation. Love that we are going the clean energy route.

The bonuses reflect the work, not subjective to interpretation from other peers. It is up to each employee to continuously demonstrate improvement in their career areas, and the company encourages that behavior.

I have full coverage insurance for my whole family and it is a quarter of what I was paying at my last company. We get phenomenal tool discounts. We have a good 401k plan. The bonus structure I was given is amazing.
