I have only been here four months but it has been a great experience so far. Company is up to big things and they have a lot of great employees at the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are some of the best and brightest in the business. We have some of the best engineers in the country.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing big projects. Helping my employees grow in their career. Working on projects that affect the whole company. Hearing you did a great job from my manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
On how well they run the company. We are still growing despite the economic downturn. They were very smart in stockpiling supplies before the supply shortage. They keep reinvesting into innovation. Love that we are going the clean energy route.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have full coverage insurance for my whole family and it is a quarter of what I was paying at my last company. We get phenomenal tool discounts. We have a good 401k plan. The bonus structure I was given is amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always striving to be the best in our industry. The staff is motivated and excited to work on the projects we have. We grew very fast so we have a lot of new talent coming in with fresh ideas and perspectives.
