In my position, I deal with all the Cybersecurity teams from each business unit, and the camaraderie among them makes it easier for me to do my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable. Anyone in the company can directly access the leadership team (if requested). The transparency and clear path of communication are very unique at TTI.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses reflect the work, not subjective to interpretation from other peers. It is up to each employee to continuously demonstrate improvement in their career areas, and the company encourages that behavior.
