Similar age group allows for coworkers to be able to go out and bond outside of the office, which is my favorite thing about TTI.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the Executive Team is always willing to help other employees, whether that be an entry-level employee, or a Senior Manager, nobody feels they are too good to help out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased Salary, we are living in South Florida, one of the most expensive places to live in the world, employees need to be valued and not have to worry about making ends meet.
