Mr. Allan S. Kitagawa has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Territorial BanCorp Inc. and Territorial Savings Bank since 1986 and has been its President since 2007. Mr. Kitagawa worked with American Savings and Loan Association from 1974 to 1986 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hawaii Division. He has been a Director of Territorial BanCorp Inc. since 1986. He has been an Independent Director of Territorial Savings Bank since 1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Vernon Hirata has been the Vice Chairman, Co-Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Territorial BanCorp. Inc. Mr. Hirata has been the Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Territorial Savings Bank since 2007. Mr. Hirata joined Territorial Savings Bank in 1986 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Territorial Savings Bank since 1987. He served as Senior Vice President and Staff Attorney at American Savings and Loan Association from 1978 to 1986. He served as a Director of Territorial BanCorp. Inc. He served as an Independent Director of Territorial Savings Bank since 1986.

Mr. Melvin M. Miyamoto has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Territorial BanCorp Inc. since 1986 and its subsidiary, Territorial Savings Bank and serves as their Principal Accounting Officer and has been its Chief Financial Officer since June 2015. Mr. Miyamoto is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Ralph Y. Nakatsuka has been Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Territorial Savings Bank and Territorial BanCorp. Inc., since 2007. Mr. Nakatsuka served at American Savings Bank from 1980 to 2007, including Executive Vice President of Lending and Chief Lending Officer from 1997 to 2007. He serves as Director of Territorial Savings Bank and Territorial BanCorp. Inc. He served as an Independent Director of Territorial Savings Bank since 1986 and served as Director of Territorial BanCorp. Inc. Mr. Nakatsuka is Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Richard K. C. Lau has been the Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President at Territorial BanCorp. Inc., since 1985. Mr. Lau serves as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Banking for Territorial Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Territorial BanCorp. Inc. since 1982. Mr. Lau also served at other financial institutions in the State of Hawaii since 1970.

Karen Cox serves as the Senior VP - Administration of Territorial Savings Bank. Karen currently resides in the Hawaiian Islands.
