Mr. Allan S. Kitagawa has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Territorial BanCorp Inc. and Territorial Savings Bank since 1986 and has been its President since 2007. Mr. Kitagawa worked with American Savings and Loan Association from 1974 to 1986 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hawaii Division. He has been a Director of Territorial BanCorp Inc. since 1986. He has been an Independent Director of Territorial Savings Bank since 1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Vernon Hirata has been the Vice Chairman, Co-Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Territorial BanCorp. Inc. Mr. Hirata has been the Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Territorial Savings Bank since 2007. Mr. Hirata joined Territorial Savings Bank in 1986 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Richard K. C. Lau has been the Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President at Territorial BanCorp. Inc., since 1985.
