We have recently merged our RIA with TCG and I was worried about loosing our small office feel but I am truly glad I have stayed on thought merger. The people at TCG are amazing to work with, they are happy to collaborate, share information and they are passionate about the work they do!

The most positive aspect about the culture and environment at our company in my mind is the stress on kindness, not only in the office but bringing that to your clients and life outside of work and the unmeasurable effects that has on all.
