What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to get better at being more present within the various offices. There is a big problem with upper management harassing and bullying the lower tier. Management talks down on employees and is not willing to train without making one feel incompetent. TCG should reprimand this behavior.

Focus more on the needs of current employees & improving processes rather than growing fast & creating more work. Keep company values broad and distinct from the latest bandwagon of ideas and social agendas. Stop asking employees to "identify" as something instead of telling the truth.
