Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel employees that become part of Colony through M&A activity have higher compensation and titles. I think there should be a review to ensure Colony employees not part of M&A activity are similarly compensated.

The team is conscious and practices curiosity and openness.

I love the team I work with directly. I am excited to work with them every day and I feel challenged and that I have amazing opportunities and chances for growth. I don't know if I would feel the same about my job and how positive I feel about the company if it were not for my team and the partners.
