I find it remarkable that even at the sales level they are not forcing you into working backbreaking hours to achieve your goals or down your throat if you struggle. Everyone's always willing to help, mentor, and give you every chance you need to be successful.

The managers at MathWorks do a great job of not only making sure someone is the right fit for the role but also the right fit for the rest of the team. I have never seen an organization that is so mindful about who they bring into their environment and how it effects team chemistry.
