They are very aware of what's going on within and outside the company. They are very hands-on, which can be a pain sometimes, but mostly good. They care about the products, not just interested in how to make a buck.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The profit sharing plan rewards performance.

Stakeholder is ok, nice workspace

Pay is higher than large software companies, such as Oracle. Quarterly bonuses if company is doing well. (I've always received a bonus, for over 10 years.) Healthcare package is very good, but not great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1) To be paid equal to my male counterparts. 2) To have an environment where it is okay to discuss compensation with you manager and ask for a raise.

Most people have a private office. Some doubled up, but no cubes! Culture is very true to company's mission statement, unlike most companies.
