  • I was interviewed for a C++ development position. The most (and only) somewhat difficult question was about Visitor pattern - they asked me to write some code to complete the Visitor that I was given.

  • I met with several engineers and the QE of the team that was interviewing me. I also made a presentation to the entire team (this is required). My interview was on Friday and the HR person contacted me the following Monday.

  • It really depends on the team. For example, on my team of 13, there are 5 women. In general I would say it's pretty close to 50/50.
