What kind of people does The MathWorks like to hire?

What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at The MathWorks?
I was interviewed for a C++ development position. The most (and only) somewhat difficult question was about Visitor pattern - they asked me to write some code to complete the Visitor that I was given.
What should I wear for an interview at The MathWorks?
Business casual.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from The MathWorks?
I met with several engineers and the QE of the team that was interviewing me. I also made a presentation to the entire team (this is required). My interview was on Friday and the HR person contacted me the following Monday.
How do the current devs on the team act towards new developers that join?

How many women are in your team? is it diverse enough?
It really depends on the team. For example, on my team of 13, there are 5 women. In general I would say it's pretty close to 50/50.
