I worked at MathCo for 2 years and TBH MathCo has pathetic work-life balance, long working hours, Toxic work enviromn, lots of office politics, no job security at all, hikes/ appraisal will differ if you are liked/ unliked by higher authorities. BAD experience - I won't recommend anyone to join it
