I've worked over 2 years in MathCo, TBH this is the worst company to work for. Pathetic work-life balance, toxic work enviroment, extreme working hours, no job security at all for fresh joiners, hikes/ appraisal differs if you are liked/ disliked. BAD EXPERIENCE - I won't recommend anyone this org.
