How employees describe working at UCHealth
I enjoy working for UCHealth because there are a lot of opportunities and also great benefits. Definitely feels better than a giant corporation but more benefits than a small family owned business. Best of both worlds.
Everyone steps on everyone else to get to the top and they will purposefully make your schedule difficult if they don't like you
Corporation is about making money and making themselves look good on paper
Compensation is terrible. Constantly compared to states with lower costs of living but "higher ups" continue to pad/overbook provider schedules so they can always get a bonus every month while everyone else is struggling to afford food and housing.
Re ntention rate is horrible.
