Review from IT Dept
They seem to be involved in the team
Review from Operations Dept
They try to make it seem that they are engaged.
Smart people, but sort of pre-occupied with their own problems. Not super great at actually leading others
Review from IT Dept
Approachability of the team is unlike anything I have seen before
"Profits over people" is how they operate and it shows.
Using core values and doing their job properly in order to help the rest of us succeed.
Listening and including others. Actually fixing problems, not covering them up. Realize it is ok to say we made a mistake, correct it and move on. Stop prioritizing the C suite and focus on those that actually do the work
Being in touch with employees
Managing. Some of you guys really meed to take a modern management class. You are managing other humans, at least act like one
Review from Customer Support Dept
defending employees from poor wages and over work
They cover dependents through their 27th year AND they offer good MH cost and availability.
403b matching and education grants
I have had better benefits but just glad to have coverage
Currently recieve a pension, which has since been grandfathered out several years ago.
Review from Operations Dept
The pension and not paying into social security
We are constantly having bonuses and benefits taken away. The amount of middle management compared to people actually doing patient care is appalling
They don't care about fair MARKET increases. They pick and choose what units get the increases and what years. We do not get appropriate raises for the cost of living.
Market analysis. Annual merit increase is a pathetic 3%. better PTO policies.
Not valued, included and trained
I wish pay would've kept up with the cost of housing/land around here. Overall, it's about average for the industry. in the area.
sense of community, always working on something ie potluck, collecting for food banks, etc.
Review from Operations Dept
We work together as a team
Diverse and motivated. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other.
Too many meetings in general
Great attitudes, funny, smart , and patient care driven
Less gossip within the select group. Teams messaging is an issue at times. Accept when you’re wrong, learn from it and move forward. Respect leaders better. Better communication on all level
Communicate with respect and show others they are valued
Act like adults and stop bullying and harrassing people for being hard workers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
My department is so small I can't interact with my coworkers regularly.
Managment has all coworker so terrified that no one will speak up about issues. Director does not allow anyone’s ideas to be expresse
Being heard and not following metrics just for the sake of metrics but to see how we can help our patients and our team both
Review from Operations Dept
Good Providers, Clean, positive peaceful suite
Coworkers are the best. We have a great tram
Individual clinics work well, despite constraints from senior management
It's a positive environment and the work isn't difficult
Review from IT Dept
Staff needs to be compensated/taken care of better
De-emphasize expansion, stop making every leadership position a director, reinvest in team leads, supervisors, and the average worker.
Pay us More money will fix anything.
The UCHealth system is very toxic, and there is a huge disconnect between the executives and the staff. It is very "friend" oriented with no way to move up or around because if you are not a friend of the directors, and managers then you are stuck where you are where they only promote each other.
Our unit is a very toxic environment as far as the surgical team that believes they know more than any other team or physician on the planet. Some of the things we do are borderline unethical and immoral, but when they make the hospital money, the hospital turns a blinds eye.
The executive gave me a lot of information
Review from Operations Dept
I had a virtual meetings, which I preferred to only electronic communication
I met with a lot of the nurse manager's I was going to be interacting with.
Review from Operations Dept
They get back to you right away
The interviewer was friendly and straight forward, She did a great job of alleviating my nerves and anxiety about interviewing for a new job. Her demeanor allowed me to relax and focus on what I wanted to say rather than being worried about whether or not the interview was going to be successful.
Review from Operations Dept
Takes to long to get anyone hired. A lot of people move on before we can get to the offer stage. They need to screen better and let managers make offers; not HR
HR reps are uninformed about positions and provided information that was incorrect
Maintain contact with applicants. If a position is filled, out of courtesy to those who applied UC Health should contact the ones who didnt get the job by a simple letter.
When I interviewed 5 years ago, this was a great place to work. I feel bad for anyone being lied to in interviews now
They need to involve all the physicians when interviewing a new physician for a position at the same work place. It affects them too if it is a bad hire.
the people and the interactions
Review from Operations Dept
interacting with the patients daily
Coworkers Good team Getting stuff accomplished
Seeeing patients and being with coworkers
Interacting with my department's leadership team.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay staff more before they leave.
execs get exorbitant salaries while they nickel and dime their healthcare workers
Corporate greed. We need a Union!
The company is obsessed to expand and become the biggest healthcare organization in CO. The fast pace is not favorable to their employees or to their patients.
Obsession in becoming the biggest healthcare system in Colorado. Expanding too fast without consideration to their employees or the patients. How gains from this?
Nothing Nothing worth bragging about!
Review from Customer Support Dept
that we help people
Review from Admin Dept

Review from IT Dept
