Trauma bonding because for the most part everyone is doing their best. Emphasis on "the most part". Some do less than the bare minimum and get praised for it

Too many meetings in general

Lots of triangulation supported about directors and above
Less gossip within the select group. Teams messaging is an issue at times. Accept when you’re wrong, learn from it and move forward. Respect leaders better. Better communication on all level
Communicate with respect and show others they are valued

The "productive" doctors get away with behaving unprofessionally. As long as you make money for the company, it does not matter what type of care you are providing.
Mediocre physicians with low morale are chosen in leadership position and that shows.

We are a great team. We have good people, with lots of motivation and cooperation. We work very well together, and everybody has good work ethics.
