
Feedback from managers would be nice.
Recognize your employees achievements, at least meet your employees so they know who their boss is, and listen to suggestions honestly.
Recognize employees that are going above and beyond. Give incentives to do better. Give the ability to actually get a raise.
Interview process was straight forward and quick however they didn't mention everything involved ie. You might not get 4 hours of work a week. Chances of benefits are slim.
You go above and beyond your job description, yet never get praised for it. I've been with the company for over a year and have not got a performance evaluation so have no idea if what I do even makes a difference.
