It seems to me that many work laws are being disregarded and abused and the good employees that do their job and don't complain are getting taken advantage of until their ran away from a good place to work at.

I know there is a work shortage right now but we need to hire more people for field work. The pay needs to be better in order to attract and keep good employees. People need to have accountability and communicate more for this chaotic industry to run more smoothly.

The local culture is unprofessional and negative. People in management positions are under qualified.
Stop being a virtual Comoany that provides a physical Experience for it's customers. Educate the staff amd have oreientation that is on a corporate level even if its virtual with ithers hired into the same position sontheir is cintinuity across the board of tole expectation -amd performance.
