I think they would hire anyone who applies, really. After they laid off everyone who actually knew what they were doing and held the company together they probably realized they couldn't cut staffing that much. They still leave us shorthanded everywhere though.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

at will work force yes

The interview process seems to halt at some point every time. I know many people who have just been ghosted. Even people who have a good interview hear nothing back. I have applied for multiple other positions within the company and have had to chase down the rejections with no explanation given.
