This is the first and only company I have ever worked at that makes every employee feel valued. They genuinely care about your goals and are so helpful in making sure you achieve them. They are huge on Home/Work life balance and pay, PTO, and benefits are all extremely gererous!

I have no deductible and don't have to pay an outrageous monthly fee for it. They have 401k as well which I like and generous PTO/vacation time

I like they are engaged with the employees and you actually know who they are. I have never worked anywhere where the Leadership and CEO actually engaged with the employees and were so transparent about all things within the company

That it didn't feel like an interview. I spoke with 3 different people at 3 different levels and not once did it feel like an interview, It felt like just chatting and everyone was so nice and made me feel at ease.

Everyone is one big team and helps each other. I literally have not encountered one mean or rude person within this company. The vibe is upbeat and even though we are a remote company they have different activities that they pay for and sponsor so that we get interaction with our co-workers
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
That my supervisor is so helpfull in taking the time to find out what I want my career path to be withing the company and doing everyting she can to help me get there. As an employee I have never felt so heard and appreciated as I do working here and I plan to be with this company for the long term.
