People here are genuinely nice. Not just pretending to be nice
People are generally supportive of each other.
New ideas are welcomed. Collaboration is encouraged. Lifting people up and giving shout outs is also encouraged.

Everyone is one big team and helps each other. I literally have not encountered one mean or rude person within this company. The vibe is upbeat and even though we are a remote company they have different activities that they pay for and sponsor so that we get interaction with our co-workers
