My salary is considered fair wage.
I earn a decent salary and we also have a quarterly incentive plan and annual bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to jump in and help. We encourage and celebrate eachother,and do things to get and stay socially connected even though we are all remote.
They make an effort to be good listeners to others who have different ideas and opinions.
They're the best! They know what they need to do and they get it done. They are always willing to help out another teammate as needed

Communication. Working remote can be tricky in that you think your out on the ledge alone. But with Vcheck everyone is ready and willing to help.
I like how much support everyone has for one another regardless of whether it is on the same project.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here are genuinely nice. Not just pretending to be nice
People are generally supportive of each other.
New ideas are welcomed. Collaboration is encouraged. Lifting people up and giving shout outs is also encouraged.

They are always sending out company swag and we have events multiple times a year.

Using Slack to share photos of our pets, vacations, etc on top of day to day work purposes. This software has allowed us to interact in a remote work environment as if we work in an office!

Honestly everything. I do not want to sound generic but there is really not anything about working here or doing the work that I do that I do not like.
