They are heavily involved in day to day processes and for the pieces they aren't as heavily involved in, they are willing to hear feedback and truly listen.

The team is open to idea and efficiency tactics. Whatever will make things run smoother for ourselves and our clients, they are open to hearing! I love being creative, so this gives me room for that.

For my position in sales, they provide a base pay and then distribute commission on top of that. I have waived most of the benefits, but they do provide a short and long term disability at no extra cost.
