Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are smart, funny, down to earth. Good people to work for that actually care about you.
I love that the leadership team recognizes hard work and promotes within. My manager is phenomenal and I know she will go to bat for me and the others on our team 10/10 times.
They are always open to hearing your ideas.
They always have my interest in mind, they truly care about all of the employees.

Everything anything at all actually
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My manager always ensures that I am being paid according to market value for the position. I have never had a problem with my pay or pay increases. Venminder has always been very generous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel like we should earn more money and the benefits are a little below average. The health insurance isn't great and the PTO policy is not ideal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like we all work very well together and there is little to no drama.
Our team is fantastic. We show up for each other every single day and we know we're all on the same team. There's no throwing each other under the bus or letting someone drown.
Creative, skilled, detail-oriented, responsible, friendly, caring, the list goes on and on!
Incredibly nice and supportive individuals. Fun place to work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encourage us to put ourselves and health/mental health first.
The culture from the top down is positive. There's not a single person on the leadership team who's unapproachable or who causes you to want to hide when they walk through the door or ping you. Even when there's correction - it's done with positivity and respect.
Venminder is a family and fun place to work. There are often social engagements that include remote employees as well. Everyone in every team is recognized.

Meeting my current manager and hearing her speak about the position

What makes you most happy at work?
Pretty much everything. Truly the best! From the top to the bottom. Everyone is treated with respect and as the adult and person they are
The team I am on makes me very happy. My manager is very encouraging and always helps me grow. My employee is very responsible and has a great attitude.
