What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The encourage us to put ourselves and health/mental health first.
What are some of the best things about your team?I feel like we all work very well together and there is little to no drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They are smart, funny, down to earth. Good people to work for that actually care about you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do feel like we should earn more money and the benefits are a little below average. The health insurance isn't great and the PTO policy is not ideal.
