What is the best part about your compensation package?

My manager always ensures that I am being paid according to market value for the position. I have never had a problem with my pay or pay increases. Venminder has always been very generous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do feel like we should earn more money and the benefits are a little below average. The health insurance isn't great and the PTO policy is not ideal.
