Great company to be a part of, but the wages could definitely be more competitive.
This is the only company I have ever worked for that genuinely cares about their staff. The management team wants you to have a balanced healthy life and they really are kind and caring.
I love that the leadership team recognizes hard work and promotes within. My manager is phenomenal and I know she will go to bat for me and the others on our team 10/10 times.
Pretty much everything. Truly the best! From the top to the bottom. Everyone is treated with respect and as the adult and person they are
