There are a multitude of growth opportunities aside from the yearly raises to adjust for inflation. For the workers that want to take on the challenges they are available and welcome. While on the flip side these aren't forced upon you if you would like to take a slower growth pace.

What is CoNetrix's internship program like?
CoNetrix's official internship program began in at the end of May 2024. I didn't really know what to expect since it was my first time interning at a company. When I came in on the first day, it was clear that the other employees at the company were excited to welcome the other interns and me. We were given a tour of the building and various departments, where we got to meet many different employees from the company. They were friendly, accommodating, and willing to answer any questions that we had. The leadership enjoyed talking to us and asked us about our impressions of the company and internship experience. I learned so much throughout the summer as an intern, and now I work part-time here! It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend interning at CoNetrix if you're considering internships.
