Leadership cares and you're not a number. I feel my leaders see my value and are appreciative of the work I do. I'm also great for their vision in where our company is going.

While they expect excellent work, they also recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance and ensuring employees are where they need to be. If changes in roles or responsibilities need to be made to support both the company and the employee, leadership is willing to make that happen.

The owners take benefits seriously and encourage team members to make use of them. Paid time off encouraged to be used and leaders pay attention when work loads are too heavy to allow PTO to be used.

Good medical coverage that you can also get dental and vision coverage.

There are a multitude of growth opportunities aside from the yearly raises to adjust for inflation. For the workers that want to take on the challenges they are available and welcome. While on the flip side these aren't forced upon you if you would like to take a slower growth pace.

The way that coworkers will rally emotionally, financially, or practically for you if you are going through a tough time. And the only connection you have to the person is that you work for the same company. This can never be understated in today's world.

It was 20 years ago, but I liked that they gave me the job!

Getting to meet several of the employees that I would be working with in addition to the HR and management team. They made me feel like I was part of the team before I was hired.

I had plenty of opportunities to ask clarifying questions.

I was kept informed of the process the whole time.

It was overcommunicated what the process would look like, and I was able to set my expectations accordingly.
