The most positive aspects of our culture and environment are the people and our new building. The people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. There is a strong sense of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared commitment to doing good work.

The way that coworkers will rally emotionally, financially, or practically for you if you are going through a tough time. And the only connection you have to the person is that you work for the same company. This can never be understated in today's world.

I believe the most important factor for a strong culture is trust and safety. Our leaders have created and actively maintain this culture, fostering an environment where employees feel safe and confident that leadership is working in their best interest.

The company culture is positive and very encouraging. I've never felt like I didn't belong while working at CoNetrix. There are opportunities to engage with coworkers at least multiple times a week. Many of these opportunities are sponsored by leadership but plenty are created by staff desire!

It's rare to see so many genuinely honest and kind people in one place, and that has been built very intentionally by leadership here.

I think the most positive thing is we have a clear and compelling company mission and values, but also a support for work-life balance.

The leadership fosters an environment of good values (wisdom, integrity, ambition, team spirit) and that trickles down to all employees.

There is an emphasis on always doing what is right. We are taught to take care our customer and coworkers and the money will take care of itself.

We have a set of core values that we always stick to and focus on each other's strengths. Everyone plays an important role based on their personal skills. Another thing I appreciate is our work-life balance! I'm not expected to answer calls or work on projects outside of my designated work schedule.

Our company loves to celebrate each other's victories and milestones. When someone finishes a challenging objective, whether its business or personal, we make sure that person or group receives the proper congratulations.
