The company culture is positive and very encouraging. I've never felt like I didn't belong while working at CoNetrix. There are opportunities to engage with coworkers at least multiple times a week. Many of these opportunities are sponsored by leadership but plenty are created by staff desire!
It's rare to see so many genuinely honest and kind people in one place, and that has been built very intentionally by leadership here.

There is an emphasis on always doing what is right. We are taught to take care our customer and coworkers and the money will take care of itself.
We have a set of core values that we always stick to and focus on each other's strengths. Everyone plays an important role based on their personal skills. Another thing I appreciate is our work-life balance! I'm not expected to answer calls or work on projects outside of my designated work schedule.
