While they expect excellent work, they also recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance and ensuring employees are where they need to be. If changes in roles or responsibilities need to be made to support both the company and the employee, leadership is willing to make that happen.

They genuinely work hard to make our experience at work better every day. They are also extremely careful about hiring and growth so that layoffs never happen, and they guard a culture of integrity like the company depends on it (because it does). They are also fun!
