It was 20 years ago, but I liked that they gave me the job!

Getting to meet several of the employees that I would be working with in addition to the HR and management team. They made me feel like I was part of the team before I was hired.

I had plenty of opportunities to ask clarifying questions.

I was kept informed of the process the whole time.

It was overcommunicated what the process would look like, and I was able to set my expectations accordingly.

It was very conversational in nature. There were no traps or gotchas. Just genuine discussion aimed toward determining whether there was a good fit between me and the company.

Those that were a part of the interview process were genuinely interested in me, my experiences. You could tell that each person truly enjoyed being a part of the culture at CoNetrix and loved what they do.

Our companies process of I can teach you, but how would you interact with our customers and your fellow employees.

It was a multi-step process, which didn't allow for their impression of me to be built from just a resume and interview. I felt like they thoroughly got to know me and my work ethic, which allowed them to make a genuinely fair decision.

The initial interview was relaxed and positive. The interview was about getting to know me all around not just my knowledge of the job I applied for.

In my interview, I was asked questions about my personal skills and strengths. They gave me the opportunity to explain who I am and in which areas I excel. Though they wanted to hear about my skillset, they also cared about my personality and the way I interact with others.
