It's been not great, I just would like to come in and do my job. I do like the job though.
Startup pace. Very flexible hours. Well paid, but based on results.
So good. I wish I would have found it earlier.
The process hasn't been easy, but difficultly rewarding in a way that I struggled and came out the other end with more confidence and success than the day I started.
A great way to challenge yourself and push your limits by allowing yourself to fail and not be fired because of it. Failure is expected by the company. It is expected because it is necessary in making distinct, long-lasting progress of delivering very unique value to the marketplace.
