Verde is fair to all employees, not just Managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Semi-annual or at least annual raises- or if promised one it would be great for it to be implemented. How about a fair bonus at the end of the year based on your production

Client interactions, employee input is taken seriously.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone respects one another.
Everyone gets along nicely. Fun after-hours activities, too.
Good people overall. No serious bad attitudes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs new managers that actually care about the employees and listen to them. It also would be a great idea to consider training once managers fill that role. Just because you get promoted doesn't mean you know what you're doing
