Watch your money. Never In my life have I seen such abuse of power for profit -and at the client and employee's expense. If it's not in contract , you won't get that service. The employees have no voice and the managers are always right even when ethnically & morally corrupt , i mean,. Wrong
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Semi-annual or at least annual raises- or if promised one it would be great for it to be implemented. How about a fair bonus at the end of the year based on your production
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs new managers that actually care about the employees and listen to them. It also would be a great idea to consider training once managers fill that role. Just because you get promoted doesn't mean you know what you're doing
