The one on one interviews with people at my department. They really wanted to get to know me not just for my experience but for the content of my character.

An actual vision of the future and some hands on experience with the industry they are working in. No one there seems to understand what aviation is or how it works. Let alone space travel.

Stop worrying about the company image and take care of the employees. The only people being taken care of are the executives. everyone else is just along for the ride. Empower the employees and pay them well as well as respect their ideas.

Most of the people I work with want to make things better but every time they try they are shut down by red tape and lies about how it is unsafe because anything about space travel is safe? But yet we push on and try to help each other stay positive.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Management never thanks you when you have a good idea unless it is their idea. If you do have a good idea and you are not part of the IN crowd then they will take your idea and give it to someone they like. This ends with them destroying your idea and low and behold it becomes your idea again.
