Forced fun, waste of company funds, does nothing to boost our morale. Just makes leadership think they are addressing the issue.

What is Wella Professional's policy towards pets in the workplace?
Although our facility is dog friendly the company doesn't allow us to bring dogs to work. Other renters bring theirs so at least we can see them.

They don't allow it, which considering LA congestion, you would think they would encourage it rather than be stuck in last century's thinking that if you aren't in the office you aren't working!
