What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are communicative and thorough.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand employee needs and be more direct with instructions
Make quicker decisions, be more agile. Listen to those in low level roles, we have some great ideas and can see things they don't have visibility. Stop saying we should act like a start up and live it, take risks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary plus company car
Good overall package between pay, benefits be it pay, matching program or Summer Fridays to help with work life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Held bonises for things out ofemployee control.

What are some of the best things about your team?
their connectivity to each other and the customers
Collaborative team and smart. Everyone is very hard working
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Location is the biggest challenge to improving better collaboration most are in different time zones or countries. The local ones should try to be more efficient with meetings and ensure correct team members are invited.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have good programs for giving back to the community which makes you feel good to be a part of a company willing to promote volunteering usually do it on my own time so good to have more opportunities to help the local community

honesty and integrity are very impt

What did you like most about the interview process?
fast, only 2 interviews with quick decision
hones in on the right culture and skills sets needed to succeed
Mine was done over the phone as I was moving across the country, they were very accommodating with this.
