Mr. King joined Wesco Aircraft from ICON Aircraft, a venture capital-backed light sports aircraft manufacturer, where he served as chief financial officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of MRV Communications Inc. from July 2009 to March 30, 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. King served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of MRV Communications, Inc. from December 6, 2011 to February 3, 2012. He served as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Finance of MRV Communications Inc. from January 2, 2008 to July 2009. Prior to joining MRV, Mr. King served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Tandberg Television Inc. from 2005 to April 2007. At Tandberg Television, Mr. King led the Americas Region finance team and after the Ericsson acquisition oversaw the global effort to get Tandberg into Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mr. King also served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of GoldPocket Interactive, Inc. since March 2000 until its sale to Tandberg Television in November 2005. Prior to this, Mr. King was an Audit Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for 7 years from 1993 to 2000. He directed services for Fortune 500 and middle market companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed extensive experience in SEC reporting and initial public offerings. He has nearly 20 years of financial experience in a variety of organizations ranging from early stage startups to publicly traded multinational firms. He also led due diligence assignments for mergers and acquisitions ranging from multi-million-dollar cash acquisitions to hundred-million-dollar public company combinations. Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Alex Murray has been President of Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc., since April 26, 2017 and has also been its Chief Operations Officer since 2010. Mr. Murray served as Executive Vice President of Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. since 2010 until 2017. Mr. Murray serves as President of Wesco Hardware Products Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc and served as its Vice President of Global Operations at Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp and Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. He has been Executive Vice President of Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp., from 2010 to April 28, 2017. Mr. Murray served as the Vice President of Global Operations at Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp. He served as Logistic Manager at Wesco from 2000 to 2003, Director of Contract Business from 2003 to 2005 and EU Managing Director from 2005 to 2010. Prior to 2000, Mr. Murray was employed by BAE Systems in various roles within the logistics, procurement, supply chain and quality organizations.
