Mr. King joined Wesco Aircraft from ICON Aircraft, a venture capital-backed light sports aircraft manufacturer, where he served as chief financial officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of MRV Communications Inc. from July 2009 to March 30, 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. King served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of MRV Communications, Inc. from December 6, 2011 to February 3, 2012. He served as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Finance of MRV Communications Inc. from January 2, 2008 to July 2009. Prior to joining MRV, Mr. King served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Tandberg Television Inc. from 2005 to April 2007. At Tandberg Television, Mr. King led the Americas Region finance team and after the Ericsson acquisition oversaw the global effort to get Tandberg into Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mr. King also served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of GoldPocket Interactive, Inc. since March 2000 until its sale to Tandberg Television in November 2005. Prior to this, Mr. King was an Audit Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for 7 years from 1993 to 2000. He directed services for Fortune 500 and middle market companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed extensive experience in SEC reporting and initial public offerings. He has nearly 20 years of financial experience in a variety of organizations ranging from early stage startups to publicly traded multinational firms. He also led due diligence assignments for mergers and acquisitions ranging from multi-million-dollar cash acquisitions to hundred-million-dollar public company combinations. Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to 2000, Mr. Murray was employed by BAE Systems in various roles within the logistics, procurement, supply chain and quality organizations.
