It is a widely known fact that there is a massive gender-based pay gap at WESCO. All I want is to be paid the same as my male counterparts.
There is virtually no diversity in the leadership team. It is a stereotypical privilege white male run corporation. Because of this, creativity and innovation is stifled and employees are not utilized to their full potential. The leadership team is bad for business.
